Issue 1: This is the very first issue of my perzine called Purple Myrtle Squeegy - A PMS Perzine (renamed Purple Moon Spawn in 2019). This was my first attempt at a DIY, scissors and glue layout as opposed to the other zines I made which were all computerized, which explains why it's only 12 pages long.
It was published in spring 2010.
This issue includes stories about my ability to scratch my Eustachian tubes, my love of DIY, why I find skeletons appealing, and more.

Issue 5: Did you know that my dog, Diamond, is also a writer and a zinester? Since she is the most talented of the bunch, I decided to make a split-zine with her! This is the fifth issue of my perzine called Purple Myrtle Squeegy - A PMS Perzine. It was published in December 2012 during the DIY Month I made for myself. The activity on that day was to make a split zine with your pet. So my beautiful Princess Diamond wrote a zine called "Life's a Bitch - and So Am I!" The PMS part includes stories about a metal show in Jerusalem, the holidays, and more. My dog's part includes stories about how she was adopted, her favorite things, her friends, her pet-peeves, and a rant about reclaiming the word "bitch".That's one bitchin zine indeed!
